Lis Wiehl was born on August 19th, 1962. She was a former Fox News legal analyst.
She is currently an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School. Prior to that she served as an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's radio show as well as National Public Radio. She has been a frequent guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was born in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) in addition to the JD degree at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl served as the US attorney in the United States. She was a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She was a law professor as a tenured professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 through 2001. Wiehl worked as a Fox News legal analyst from 2001 until 2017.
