Applegate was a young actor who was famous for her character as Kelly Bundy on Fox's sitcom Married... with Children (1987-1997). Applegate was a successful actress and producer in film and on television. She received the Primetime Emmy Award, seven nominations, as well as nominations for four Golden Globe Awards as well as a Tony Award. Applegate was a star in the title role on the NBC sitcom Jesse (1998-2000) in which she led to a Golden Globe Award nomination.
